Winter is coming

Russia continues its systematic bombing of power distribution centers and power plants as a strategy to freeze the Ukrainian people and bring them to their knees and surrender!

The Russian attacks on 10/22/25 destroyed almost all of Ukraine’s natural gas storage and distribution infrastructure.

Winter weather sets in around mid-November and will continue until early April. Without help beyond its borders and without an energy source in their homes, families are at great risk of getting sick or dying. We can play a major role in averting this Russian plan.

Already, hundreds of thousands of homes are without electricity and heat, some temporarily, others completely.

In October, UkraineAid received over a thousand wood-burning stove requests from the frontline areas.
